Privacy Policy
Last updated November 1, 2026
This policy explains what information Litty Universal Solutions, LLC (“Curate,” “we,” “us”) collects when you use the Curate app and curatelife.app, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account information: your email, password (stored only as a secure hash), username, display name, profile photo, and date of birth, plus your phone number if you signed up with one. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive an account identifier and the name and email you choose to share.
- What you make: your pages and everything on them, including photos, text, links, and music, as well as your comments.
- What you do on Curate: likes, follows, comments, the people you block, and the content you report.
- Connected services: if you connect Instagram, Spotify, or Apple Music, we store the access those services give us and the content you choose to show, such as Instagram posts or songs.
- Device and usage information: crash reports and performance data, and information about how the app is used, such as screens viewed and features used, along with your device type and app version.
- Bug reports: the description and any screenshots or recordings you send us.
- Camera: only when you choose to take a photo in the app. We don’t access your camera otherwise.
How we use it
- To run Curate: create your account, show your pages, and let people find, follow, and interact with you
- To keep Curate safe: review reports, enforce our Terms of Service, and prevent abuse
- To fix problems and improve the app
- To contact you about your account, such as sign-in codes and important changes
What other people can see
Your username, display name, profile photo, public pages, comments, likes, and follows can be seen by other people on Curate. Public pages, and your profile, can also be seen by anyone on the web through shared links. Hidden pages are visible only to you.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising. We share it only:
- With service providers that run Curate for us, under agreements to protect it: hosting and storage, search, crash reporting, text messaging, website hosting, and analytics
- With services you connect or sign in with, such as Apple, Google, Instagram, and Spotify
- When the law requires it, or to protect the safety of people or the Service
- If Curate is sold or merged, with the new owner, who must follow this policy
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep your information while you have an account. You can delete your account at any time in the app, which deletes your profile, pages, and the content you’ve made. Some information may remain in backups for a short time, or longer where the law requires it. To delete only the data from a connected service, disconnect it from Integrations in the app (see Data Deletion).
Your rights
You can see and edit most of your information in the app. You can also ask us for a copy of your information, or to correct or delete it, by emailing kibret@curatelife.app. Depending on where you live, including California and the European Union, you may have additional rights, and we won’t treat you differently for using them.
Children
Curate is not for anyone under 16. If we learn that someone under 16 has an account, we’ll delete it. If you believe a child is using Curate, email us at kibret@curatelife.app.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, such as encrypting data in transit and storing passwords only as secure hashes, but no service can be completely secure.
Where your information is stored
Curate is based in the United States, and your information is stored and processed there.
Changes
We may update this policy as Curate changes. If a change is significant, we’ll let you know in the app or by email before it takes effect.
