Terms of Service
Last updated November 1, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Litty Universal Solutions, LLC (“Curate,” “we,” “us”) for using the Curate app and curatelife.app (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
Who can use Curate
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By using Curate, you confirm that you are, and that you’re allowed to agree to these terms where you live.
Your account
- Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep your password and sign-in methods secure.
- You’re responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us at kibret@curatelife.app if you think someone else is using it.
- Your username must not impersonate anyone or mislead people about who you are.
Your content
You own what you make on Curate: your pages, photos, text, comments, and everything else you add (“your content”). To run the Service, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display, and distribute your content, and to adapt it as needed to show it (for example, resizing an image or making a page preview). This license is only for operating, improving, and promoting Curate, and it ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies others have already shared or that we must keep by law.
Pages you make public can be seen by anyone, in the app and on the web, including through links you or others share, previews of those links in other apps, search, and Explore. Hidden pages are visible only to you. Your profile (username, display name, and photo), your comments, and your likes and follows can be seen by other people on Curate.
You’re responsible for your content and for having the rights to everything you post, including photos, music, and other people’s work.
Copyright
We respect copyright and expect you to as well. If you believe content on Curate infringes your copyright, send a notice to our copyright agent at kibret@curatelife.app with:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed
- A link to, or description of, where the content is on Curate
- Your name, address, phone number, and email
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you’re the owner or authorized to act for them
We’ll remove content that we find infringing and let the person who posted it know. If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send us a counter-notice at the same address. We ban accounts that repeatedly infringe.
Community rules
Curate has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Don’t post or do anything that:
- Harasses, bullies, threatens, or intimidates anyone
- Promotes hate or violence against people based on who they are
- Is sexually explicit, or sexualizes minors in any way
- Shows or encourages self-harm, graphic violence, or illegal activity
- Shares someone else’s private information without their permission
- Infringes anyone’s copyright, trademark, or other rights
- Is spam, a scam, or misleading, or impersonates a person or organization
- Interferes with the Service, such as by hacking, scraping, or overloading it
Reporting and blocking
You can report any page, comment, or profile from the app, and you can block anyone so you no longer see each other. We review reports within 24 hours. We may remove content and suspend or ban accounts that break these rules, with or without notice.
Connected services
You can connect services such as Instagram, Spotify, and Apple Music to show their content on your pages. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we’re not responsible for them. You can disconnect a service at any time from Integrations in the app.
The beta
Curate is in beta. Features may change, be removed, or not work as expected, and the Service may sometimes be unavailable. Feedback you send us is welcome, and we may use it without any obligation to you.
Our rights
The Curate app, website, name, and logo belong to us. You may use the Service as these terms allow, but you may not copy, modify, or resell it, or try to extract its source code.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time in the app, which removes your profile and pages. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we need to in order to protect people or the Service.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that content will never be lost.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Curate won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Apple
These terms are between you and Curate, not Apple. Apple isn’t responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and isn’t responsible for any claims relating to it, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, or intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Indemnity
If someone brings a claim against us because of your content or your use of Curate, or because you broke these terms or the law, you agree to cover the losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that result, to the extent the law allows.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms as Curate changes. If a change is significant, we’ll let you know in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Curate after an update means you accept it.
